At Jessica Bair Designs, each piece is handcrafted with care and made to order just for you.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Because our jewelry and home décor pieces are made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bairportland@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
Stocked, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
